Dine by the lake

From our terrace, you can have lunch and dinner enjoying a beautiful view on the whole gulf of Manerba del Garda. While tasting the unique dishes prepared with care by our chef, you can relax, listening to the sounds of the boats that, at the rhythm of the waves, sway inside the harbor.

With us, every dinner becomes a true moment of relax, cuddled by a careful service, ready for every need.

Fresh pasta first courses, such as bigoli al torchio, with salted aole (a type of sardine), tagliolini al coregone, pasta with salmon trout and zucchini, traditional Italian spaghetti and other daily suggestions, like pasta with crayfish.

The second courses, such us Luccio del Garda alla barcarola (Lake Garda pike) with polenta, salmon trout fillets, grilled Sardine, roasted Lake Garda perch, baked Trout in foil, Lake Garda Carp, (based on the availability of the catch of the day) meat dishes and other daily suggestions.

Among the desserts, we report Cialda al forno with fruit salad and vanilla ice cream.

The only oil used by Da Rino restaurant, in the kitchen, for the preparation of our dishes, and on our tables, is the extra virgin olive oil made in the Valtenesi’s oil mills.

The selection of wines in Da Rino restaurant’s menu is very wide and high quality, including typical Lake Garda, Valtenesi and Lake Garda countryside wines, such us Lugana, Chiaretto del Garda, Groppello, Valpolicella, Bianco di Custoza, Bardolino, sparkling wines and Franciacorta wines, Prosecco, as well as the different special grappas, varietal or coming from a blend of grapes, and aromatic.
